Great service, quality work.

This is my second review for Brag's, and owner Tyler. My first review was about his responsiveness and help with diagnosis of our problem, and the process to resolve. Since we were at the start of our cold season, the remedy needed to wait until the frost had gone. We were able to have the inspection and plan made in the fall, and were ready to roll come spring of this year. Our need was for a new Leach Field for our 200 year old house. With the time that we had over the winter season, I asked a dozen service providers for a quotation for the project. Tyler was the first of only 3 to respond. This was in February, when I expected many to be lining up work for the springtime. Tyler's quote was as complete as any, and very competitive. In fact, his was the low bid. We made a plan and were off and running, as soon as the snow was gone and roads were clear for heavy traffic. The first day the excavator arrived and work commenced. Tyler and John worked long hours for 5 days, and with our town inspector's oversight completed our project 1 day early. They even helped with installing a filter in our Septic Tank, and installed a new Pump Station pump. Everything's fresh and new. Toilets flush. Mission accomplished! Brag's Sewer and Septic is my strong recommendation to anyone needing this kind of work. Tyler and his crew have an excellent work ethic, which is rare these days. They work hard and strive to do it right. And they're pleasant to be around. All in all it was a great experience here. Thanks Tyler. 5 Stars, plus an extra for good measure. You earned it! Pat

They were extremely helpful and prompt. Took care of our problem and diagnosed another issue with our sewer pipe and is going to fix it within the next day. Absolutely would recommend to anyone.

Tyler responded to my call within an hour! He quickly assessed the immediate problem with our septic system and recommended repairing it and seeing if it solved the issue! I was able to give the repair a complete test the following day and it worked beautifully! I was very impressed with Tyler's knowledge, skills and a abilities to cost-effectively resolve our septic issue! Tyler responded quickly to my call & came to our camp within a couple of hours of my call. Tyler performed the repair to our sewer line in a very timely efficient manner. He was very pleasant & accommodating and I can highly recommend Tyler.

My home needed the sewer line out to the street replaced. Tyler was so amazing to work with. The first thing I asked was, "what can go wrong?" and he said, "Nothing." And he was right. He calmed me right down. It was a BIG job and he and his co worker did the job in record time. They even helped out in the neighborhood before the work got started. I mean, who doesn't love working with good guys? Very thorough, My lawn was put back, re-seeded, and I feel good that the job was done right.
