I hired this company to design and build a 2 bedroom addition to my home. The whole process was amazing and went smoothly from the deisgning, to the estimate, to the completion. Excellent communication with me the whole time. The crew worked efficiently and the quality was way above par. The crew made sure to clean up after themselves every day before leaving and did a thorough clean when the project was completed. I am highly impressed with Brainnerd Construction, and I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking any type of construction work. I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future.

Major Renovation - Multiple Rooms
I hired them to do a complete gut and remodel of my house. Had my kitchen and the dinning room completely opened up. Had all new sheetrock done throughout the house with a nice texture. Had all new flooring done throughout the house. I was completely happy with the work that was done and it was done in a scheduled timing. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I hired this company to install 8 new windows and a sliding glass door in a home that I had purchased. They were professional, quick, and personable. David was attentive, and thorough, and made sure that all of my concerns were addressed before we signed before we even started. We had a minor issue with some floor rot around the sliding glass door, and he was able to repair that and get the project done on time. I would strongly recommend David and BrainNerd Construction for any project you have coming up.

Major Renovation - Multiple Rooms
David and his crew are wonderful. David has actually been with me from the beginning of my major renovations over a year and a half ago. He pulled out all the stops and worked some serious overtime to ensure that my family was taken care of after another contractor left our home in shambles. He is determined yet flexible in such a way that he is sure to get the job done well and within your budget. His team works quickly and efficiently and they are all quite personable. So when asked if I would hire them again, the answer is, absolutely!
