Jay was very responsive throughout the project and when his crew arrived on Saturday morning they were ready to go, almost. Someone forgot the bucket truck so they had to send someone back to get it. One all the tools were on place, Mark trimmed down the larger branches and the they all got to work on the very large stupid left behind. Mark and his crew tackled the stump it with the grinder until they hit a snag of old metal edging that broke a tooth on the grinder and their trucks were full of the tree pieces and mulch created from the grinder. They said they'd come back first thing Sunday morning to finish the job. Sure enough, 2 of the crew returned and made haste of what was left, cleaned up, dropped topsoil and the job was completed. Excellent work from beginning to end. Will most likely hire again in February for trimming trees on the back yard. Hire them and you won't be disappointed. Oh, and the quote was perfect!

The service was a reasonable price. The owner was very courteous on the phone and the 3 workers were very courteous. Very happy with the work. They left everything nice and completed it quickly.

James, the owner of the company was quick to come out with one of his expert crew members so that they could accurately access what equipment they would need to use to safely take down the two large trees in our front yard that had become a hazard to our roof. One of the trees was a massive oak that was over sixty years old. We also had a smaller oak tree on the corner of the yard that needed to be trimmed and have the canopy lifted. James was very friendly and professional during his visit and made sure that he understood what we specifically wanted done. Because of the massive size of the tree, it required the use of a bucket truck, and rigging. Branch Boss Tree Company has the proper equipment and a sufficient crew of men to handle the task expertly. James submitted a written proposal the same day that he came out to meet us. We were able to sign it and submit it back the same day and we paid only a deposit of 10%. We were put on the work schedule promptly. They came out and took care of all of the trees, and even raked up all the small debris and cleaned everything up so that the yard and sidewalks were clear. The yard was left looking great, and they didn't accept my check for the balance until the work was all done except the last part of the clean up. My cousin saw my yard and was so impressed that he asked for the name of the company in case he wanted some work done on his yard and tree! I would gladly hire Branch Boss Tree Company for any future tree or shrub work in my yard.

James and his crew from Branch Boss removed several large, dead live oaks and cleared a path to the water at the back of our house on Lake Granbury. Some of the cedar trees removed on the steep slope were in excess of 20-30 tall. The work was completed in a safe, professional manner. The trees were all removed from the job site, and James crew left the site in good condition. Branch Boss has the experience and equipment to remove trees in this difficult terrain.

We have a very old & huge ash tree. With the storms in May, many large limbs were broken & many more needed thinning out plus we had crepe myrtle stumps that needed grinding. They did a great job with it all. Very professional, hardworking & nice. They exceeded our expectations. Weâ d definitely use them again.

We paid for a big big limp and was not taken down due to the storm we had we lost two trees and that big limp is still there hope it donâ t fall on our house, they subed the job out to a guy named frank and he is outstanding, but overall looks great.
