Tree Removal
Branch out tree service gave me a bid for removing 2 trees for $2200. When they showed up to do the work, they claimed they couldn't do the work for less than $5400. Completely wasted my time and theirs.

They did a great job They were not prepared to complete the job at quoted so it took a bit longer to complete but they did an excellent job.

Tree Removal
They were good about keeping me informed by phone of any changes, however, they rescheduled on me twice; once for the original appointment to assess what needed to be done and then again for the actual tree removal. They broke 3 patio pavers and didn't address this with me or make recompense for the damage. The actually tree and stop removal was excellent! Cant even tell where the tree had been.

safety was last on their list. crew walking under limps being cut with a chinsaw. no hard hats used. price was higher than the true cost guide.
