Branch Water of Central Florida, Inc. will do a water analysis for free and provide you with some options that take into account your concerns and your water. We will provide you with options based on your needs. We represent brands manufactured by AO Smith (Water Right, Water Technologies, CareSoft, Hague). We can also service Fleck, Clack, and Autotrol valves. We also carry. We have UV disinfection systems, aeration systems, whole house filtration, and reverse osmosis to treat even the most difficult well water. We have been serving Polk County since 1998. Veteran-owned. All products manufactured in the US.

The installer worked very hard and our yard looks like it did before he started. Our water is amazing. My hair, and skin are much softer and the laundry is softer and smells better. My dishes are not spotted and dull anymore. I HIGHLY recommend everyone to get a soft water system.

Very professional excellent customer service the only problem was they had to use my extension cord can hook it up they should have known that it needed a different type of cord then the one that was direct buried now I have to hook it up myself

Chris and Gail are great to work with. If you have ever dealt with water treatment sales people it can almost be like buying used car! PAINFUL! Branch Water was a joy to work with from the beginning to the end I would Highly recommend This company. The Hague Water Treatment System has been as good as we had hoped. Our water was very hard and full of sulfur but the Hague system has worked masterfully at eliminating the hardness and odor from the water. We also had the R.O. system installed under the sink and WOW what great tasting water. Look no further and hire Branch Water!

Lied! Said that his unit would remove rust and sulphur smell and it did not, said he would refund my money after numerous complaints. I replaced the unit with a system from another filter vendor in my area and it does what he said that his would do. no refund! Junk still sitting in my garage. Kris has a book of excuses of why his unit will not work and he wants to sell additional units to make it work, we are also going to post pictures where possible of damages done to our home with rust and hard water stains on our brand new glass enclosure. I lost about $2600.00 of my money. Buyer beware!

"Customer satisfaction is our top priority at Branch Water as is revealed in our ratings and reviews. The customer had his equipment for six months before complaining. We did offer to install another piece of equipment that the customer said he liked in the past at no cost to him. Any damage would be due to the system being in bypass and not in the service setting as was explained to him. With the system in bypass this allowed the water to go directly from the well and into the house bypassing the system. We regret the customer chose not to let us resolve his problem."

I am a firm believer in local, family-owned businesses. Branch Water just installed a water system in my home. Kris went out of his way to meet and explained everything, best of all, no annoying sales calls or high-pressure tactics. His sons installed the unit very professionally, it is on nice neat-clean installation. If you want a straight forward, no lies water company, Branch Water is the only way to go! Great Job... This is a family business the owner gave me a reasonable quote and his son install the system. All works perfectly Kris help me with all my doubts and questions and his son was excellent clean and professional. The day of the installation i call Kris after hours and he call me and help me out knowing that this was my first time using this system. This people have more than you think and their customer service is over any company that i can talk about. If i could i gave them more than ten stars they are really awesome and they deserve. I recommended 200%
