Left a mess, which they said they would return to clean up - which they didn't. Turns out the City of Overland Park would have removed the tree at no charge and I believe that he should have told me that. Just like most other companies money rules.

They came out after 1 missed appointment. The left my yard with big holes from dropping heavy logs. They dropped logs on my basketball goal and broke it, put a hole in my hottub cover, and cut limbs on a handmade cherry wood chair we had around our fire pit. They said they would replace or come out and fix and still have not heard back. Would not recommend.
