Set a time to do a sprinkler blowout and no-showed. Pretty annoying since I'm dealing with a rental property where I have to coordinate with my tenants. Edit: response to owner is that tenants were there the whole day and I never received a phone call or text. Don't blame this on me.

Just had 600 SF turf installed by Javier and his team, and I can't say enough positive things. He came by twice to ensure we had the turf that matched our needs, he was right on time every time and on the day of the job. His team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The finished product is amazing. I highly recommended Brand Landscaping to anyone looking for turf installation, concrete work, or landscaping. Also, his price was highly competitive, beating some of the "low cost" installers that I know wouldn't do the job as well as he did.

I don’t write too many reviews, but I do read them when looking at making a decision. I waited awhile to write this, as we had quite a bit of work complete. Brand Landscaping has transformed our exterior landscapes and living areas into something we now enjoy. After years of having dogs running around the backyard, trampoline shade taking out the grass, and just overall neglect we weren’t too happy with the back. The front lawn had slowly been creeping smaller and smaller due to a neighbors pine tree and some juniper bushes that got a little out of control. I knew I wanted a maintenance friendly yard, and did some research on artificial turf. Late last year, I stopped in to Purchase Green, as they actually had a showroom where you could see and touch the merchandise, and Javier from Brand just happened to be there that day. We were looking at not just turf but some additional landscaping, (a fire pit, garden boxes, etc) and when I mentioned that to Javier, he said he could do it all. Fast Forward to this past fall, when we finally decided what we wanted to do (sadly the firepit was out) and we were sick and tired of cleaning muddy doggy paws... I reached out to Javier for a quote. When I told him what we wanted to do, he had a quote for me the same day. I had also previously received a couple of other quotes for some of the work individually, and Javier’s pricing was better, and obviously more convenient with “one stop shopping” as opposed to having multiple vendors performing work over a much longer time period. As we had a couple of specific things we wanted, Javier also worked with us on budget and material as well as labor. Once work started, Javier communicated with us and was always there to answer questions. Sometimes you see things happening before the final product and want to make sure it is all going to plan, when sometimes it doesn’t look like it, but Javier answered every question with confidence. Sure enough he was right! So, Brand Landscaping not only put down our turf, but they did tree/bush removal, new driveway, new sidewalk and steps/landing, as well as gravel/turf in the front yard. In the back, they poured sidewalk as well as pads for a shed and gazebo (to be installed later) built some garden boxes (which included filling with a soil mix, and a stamped concrete deck area in addition to the turf and gravel! What I cant recommend is having both the front, both sides, and back yard done all at the same time... That was nuts! What I can recommend is Brand Landscaping to do whatever exterior project you may need done! Give Javier a call and see what he can do for you! Including some before/after pics.
