Came right on time and very nice people and reasonable

They came out on a holiday and helped us figure out want was wrong with our septic tank.

They offer excellent service and prices! They arrived to do our clean out within a couple hours! Quality service! I highly recommend them!

After setting up the appointment Mr Danny called me right away to discuss times. He kept in touch with me until the appointment day and showed up on time. I am very pleased with the service I received!

This name should be removed from any positive recommendation service. Unreliable, worn-out equipment, sloppy, sloshed nastiness all around, added $100 to pull a line to the tank! Seriously? Should be out of business and reported to Dept of Health.

he quoted me a price of $450 on the phone. then when the job was 80% complete he told me he was going to charge me an extra $100.

Called to set up septic tank pumping and field line replacement. Was quoted a price and was told they would be there. Multiple appointments canceled. On the Friday they were supposed to be there by 7:30 am and did not show up until 10. Only pumped a little out of tank and closed it, then dug a 10 feet long and 3 feet wide 3 feet deep trench. After digging the trench he informed my husband that he miscalculated the price and it was going to be much higher than was agreed upon. Left stating they had to go get pipe. Never showed back up. Tried contacting Danny Middlebrook numerous times throughout the day and evening; he would not answer. We had 3:00 pm inspection time set with the EPA people. My husband called EPA to make sure Brand was still licensed to do this job. They said yes and that there had been an appointment for inspection at 3 but that Middlebrook had called and rescheduled for Monday 11:00 am. He never contacted us to let us know of any change. So here we are sitting with the pipes disconnected from septic tank and a 10 feet opened trench in our back yard with a weekend of rain predicted. He left his tractor in my yard and his truck and trailer parked in the road. Trailer had no reflectors so after dark an accident could happen. When he finally did call back husband told him to come remove his tractor from our property and needed to move his truck and trailer from the road. He stated he had insurance to cover it if someone hit it. This is not the way a reputable business is run. Would not recommend Brand Septic Tank to anyone! If this review page would have let me put 0 on each of the ratings I would have.

Showed up on time and did a great job, however, the invoice provided was not the same as the agreed upon price during our phone call. A $45 pumping fee was added; isnt that the whole idea of a septic tank pumping service?

when I called I was not sure I had the right number but asked if this was the Brand Septic service and it was. He got me to schedule the next morning to pump out our system. They arrived on time for the job done. Let us know what was going on and that the problem we were having was not necessarily a full tank, but a clogged filter. However, if we continued to have that problem it was a problem with the drain lines and that was not something that they could fix but could recommend some for us. The price was a little more than we expected but we learned that we have an industrial-sized tank and there for more to pump out so the increase in price made sense. Overall good experience and will call again if needed.

I have already given response on the septic tank cleaner, the last business was Mikes Garage Door service. they were very professional and quality work. this survey was for them.

If you look at the places they had to dig you can hardly tell they dug up my grass to get to the tank. They also recommended I install risers on the next cleaning so in the future I wont need my grass dug up. Very professional indeed. They will do my next cleaning for sure.
