Came two weeks early without notice. Painted over chipped paint with little or no surface preparation like sanding. Very quick paint job. I will know next time to not expect attention to detail without specifying it. Never received promised invoice via email.

Even though the wheather did not cooperate with us for much of this project, he got the job done fairly quick with minimal overspray and a nice even application. The house looks brand new and I didn't have to spend a fortune to get it done. I would definately use him again.
