Brandon came into our home with the notion that doing half of the work would be fine when there was more tasks to be proformed during the install. He was informed pryer to arrival what needed to be completed. I explained to him over the phone I needed an electrical outlet mounted behind to TV to hide the power cords. He did not install, only mounted the TV. He was not equipped to complete the entire job. He did not center the TV for viewing. No ladder at all therefore I had to provide him a ladder. He waited to end of the job he informed me that I needed to hire an electrician to install the outlet. Thanks NO THANKS.
