    Service tech talks too much.

    I reviewed this job and spoke with the Carlos. Brand new system installed only a couple months prior. The air is not properly balanced in the home. He recommended you contact the designers and installers of the system and see if they will fix your issue. This system should be under warranty from the original installer. I do understand being frustrated. Going forward Carlos in now instructed to call me when system has a major design issue, so I can also evaluate the situation. Brandon.

    Thanks for the honest review. Yes, the request was for after 4pm when you would be home. We agreed to the appointment and said we would call when on the way, our techs call every time to confirm the appointment and availability before going to a job, unless requested otherwise. I happened to be the tech that called and got no answer. When we where able to reached you the next day we rescheduled and I called again before going and you answered for the appointment.     Brandon's apprentice, I think his name is Carlos???, arrived on time and diagnosed the problem, he then called Brandon, and Brandon drove from Lawrence to replace the part that was bad. Keep in mind, it was after 7pm! I figured it would be the next day since it was late in the evening, but he did come to our home and praise the Lord, we weren't cold! So thank you so much for going above and beyond for us. When the time comes, I will request him and Carlos and Judy. Thank you guys so much! Darci

    Very friendly and efficient crew. Brandon came up with a solution to my limited space problem that worked out very well for me. The price was fair. The install was neat and the the mess was well cleaned. The new furnace is working great. I am very happy with the service. I will be having them handle all my future heating and cooling needs.

    My technician was extremely smart. He thought one thing might be the problem but when he checked it he said it still looked good. And quickly went to the next thing that was going to be the problem and it was. He did not have the part but he went out and got it and came back and fixed it right away. And it has worked great ever since.
