Brandon's Screens and Glass

Do not hire this company!! We are an unhappy customer to the least! Brandon came out measured our main entrance door panel and other windows that need opaque glass/window. It turns out he has our entrance door panel glass thickness wrong. After installation, we noticed the panel wood panel being warped, and contacted Brandon. That was last year, he was sick and promised get back to us coming year. We waited and waited, and made many attempts email/call him, but he never responded. We are very unhappy about this situation. STAY AWAY from this company!!

Amazing pros. Super sweet and kind. Super fast at scheduling, did it the next day from when I asked them to ( which was at night). They gave lots of updates when coming to us since San Diego traffic. Very good at work and amazing customer service. Also just amazing prices !!! ($150) for full window repair. Out of all 5 quotes I got they were the best priced with best customer service. 10/10. Thank you so much. They care so much about the customer.

We had multiple large shards of glass in our carpet (in my baby s room) after they left, I am glad I was able to see them before someone needed stitches from them! They also very badly damaged the exterior paint on the windows they replaced - you can see it from the street, which is pretty unfortunate. I was quoted a price, then invoices slightly higher. They wound up honoring the price but I had to call.

Great service, product and price!

Not sure if I had unrealistic expectations but the 2 windows replaced were not cleaned and the grids were not glued completely in some places and with the grids not lined up.
