I would absolutely rehire Brandow Plumbing again! I have an old claw tub with parts that were impossible for me to find on the internet. They responded to my servicemagic request with in 5 minutes, came to my house the next day and made the free estimate which was very reasonable, and then worked with me and my schedule and came back with the replacement part and installed it. Chad Brandow was very friendly, informative and professional and I can envision calling them again when I need plumbing services. Thank you Brandow Plumbing!

Called right away. Arrived within an hour of making the call and gave me an estimate of the job which I thought was reasonable. The technician ran out for parts and was back pretty quickly. He got the job done in under 40 minutes and was neat and courteous. I will consider this company again for future work.

They were at my address in a flash, that was good. They replaced my part with a universal part not the exact part from "Heil" which in the end didn't work. That was not so good . While they replaced the part I mentioned I wanted my old part back, they kept my property and didn't return it. Very Bad. Now I have no original part to find any references from. They did not solve the problem .It still does the same as before they were here. Boom I would'nt recommend them.

"This customer failed to write that the heating unit in question should be replaced and original equipment on a 20 year old unit are not stocked anymore. He also saw that do to an unclean (thick dust and dirt) environment was what caused his heating issue. The hot air furnace must have been working properly or the fireball that was coming out of the unit would have burned the house down."
