A $49,000 remodel that was supposed to take 30 days turned into a nightmare that lasted one day shy of 4 months. Coppertop did not do what they said they were going to do, which was to make the house turnkey and ready for selling. I ended up spending several thousand dollars more and my own time on the landscaping. We ended up having THREE separate walk throughs when they said they were done and wanted final payment, but weren't done and more work was required. All of the craftsmanship was so poor - from the painting, to the drywall, to the cleaning. The bathrooms were supposed to be reglazed and when I saw the work after the first time and asked how it was possible a professional reglazing company did that kind of work, it turns out it wasn't a professional reglazing company that did the work. They used a $40 DIY package from Lowe's. I said this was unacceptable and that they needed to fix it. So they did - and make it even worse. I ended up telling them that it needed to be stripped
