Brandywine Exteriors Corporation

On Feb 2021 Brandywine Exteriors replaced our original roof with a new roof. Did a great job. Had new roof on in 1 1/2 days (in Feb no less). The guys worked like Marines. Fast forward to May 2024 and we have what we think is a roof leak. Called Megan on 8 May and they were at our house on 9 Mat at 10:00 AM to find and assess/fix the problem. Our skylight in our master bathroom was the problem. The Brandywine Rep (Mao) had the skylight caulked as a temp fix and we have ordered new skylights to be installed by Brandywine. At the time of our roof installation our skylights were fine and did not need replacing. Word of advice to ANY homeowner replacing a roof with skylights⠦⠦REPLACE THE ROOF AND THE SKYLIGHTS AT THE SAME TIME. Bottom line: Brandywine stands behind their work and they back it up with the service you⠠d expect. Postscript: There was no charge from Brandywine for the service call.

From start to finish this company keep me informed and relaxed. On the day of the project the knowledgeable crew were on a mission and the area looked like a bomb hit. By the end of the day there was no sign of them ever being there. Hats off to Brandywine Exterior. Great experience for me as a first time roof buyer!!!!!!

It's been 5 years after Brandywine Exteriors replaced my roofing. So far so good. Hence, this review. Hope it'll continue this way for the rest of the warranty.

They were professional, fairly priced, and prompt. It's hard to find reliable and great home improvement pros, but Brandywine Exteriors is the exception. They did a great job cleaning my gutters. I previously had a gutter cleaner for 5 years. Though I gave my former gutter cleaner my business along with 4 of my neighbors, they still marked up rates each year by 20%. Brandywine will now get all of this business!

From beginning to end the company was great. Easy to work with, friendly, and did great work. This is the first place I wil go for my exterior needs

Pros were responsive, courteous, and friendly. They even use shoe protectors as they show respect to my carpet.

Brandywine Exteriors did an excellent job. Our roof looks amazing!! Everyone was so professional and helpful. From the sales team to the roofers we felt taken care of. The roof was installed in one day! Clean up was spotless and they were very careful to protect our shurbs and plants! Our sales guy Shawn even came out during the install to check on the project! We enjoyed working with Brandywine Exteriors for our new roof. It was nice to have the roof done from start to finish in one day! On the day they were working on the roof, they checked in often to see how things were going and how we liked it. Professional and hard working crew! Shawn was our project manager and he was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. We are happy with the quality of the work done and enjoy pulling up to our "new looking" house!

Had my roof done by them. Had a leak and called. They came out and told me that it wasn't their fault and they could do a temporary fix but they would not guarantee it, because they only guarantee work that they do ??? UM If you do the fix, is it not your work? Said I'd have to get another part of my roof done and they could give me an estimate on it. Seriously? My roof was not leaking until they were up on it, and now they say it's not their fault and they will not guarantee the "fix" they are going to do...WHAT? Then proceeded to say that they could give me an estimate to replace my metal roof. Again, just funny how the metal roof was FINE and NOT leaking before they went up there, but somehow it's NOT their fault? Guy that came to look at the roof said that even if it was the metal roof, they would be responsible because they were up there. Then I get a call from Josh, the President, saying that it is not their fault but they would do the temp fix for no charge... WOW... How nice of you. At this point, if I do need to get my metal roof done, Brandywine will NOT be the company I call for it. So, if there was an issue with the metal roof, and they were up there... Shouldn't they have mentioned it to me THEN as a recommendation, not just because there's an issue?

Brandywine Exteriors were GREAT!!! The company is very professional and does amazing work. The entire experience was a good one. A very knowledgable project manager came out to my house explained the different types of windows they offered, their pricing compared to other companies and gave me an estimate for 12 custom fit windows. Once I decided that I was going with this company someone came out to take official measurements that week. The windows were custom and came in only 3 weeks later! The timing of the job was spectacular- from puting the project on homeadvisor to having the windows completely installed only took 4 weeks! The windows are energy efficient, cut down on outside noise, keep the sun from raising the temperature in the house, fold in for easy cleaning. They are clearly not builder grade windows but the price was affordable (thousands less than some competitors)!!! There was also not an upcharge for removal and disposal of old windows. Their team (workers that install windows specialize in window installation and are not the same workers that would show up for a roofing job) showed up first thing in the morning and installed all 12 windows in the same day! They made sure objects were moved away from the windows so nothing would accidently be damaged during installation. They also layed down tarps where appropriate and there was no mess at all when they left. Everyone I encountered was exteremely polite and considerate. Something else I loved about this company is that I did not have to pay any money at all (not even deposit) until the job was complete and I was 100% satisfied with the work. After the instilation the project manager came and did a final walk through with me and made sure I was completely satisfied with all the work before recieving payment. I will definitely be refering everyone to this company!

I was able to select Brandywine Exteriors as the best of the four roofers that were offered by HomeAdvisor. Shawn was able to address each and every one of my question and concerns. Brandywine Exteriors arrived when they were supposed to and completed the job on-time. After the work was done, the job site was clean and free of trash. I easily recommend Brandywine Exteriors!

We hired them for our new roof (hail damage) They were great from day one. Fast estimate and did the job right in one day.

I had 12 windows replaced with two being custom windows. The windows were ready to delivered ahead of schedule and the replacement of the windows was done professionally. The windows are beautiful and would recommend this company to anyone.

Workers were swift, cleaned up after installation, and polite.

Had roof replaced. Arrived on time with a good number of guys and completed the entire job(remove/repair/install) in same day. These guys were organized, focused and efficient.

I had my roofing checked for leaks

Only area of concern was in the cleanup. Driveway was pretty messy after they left and it took three trys to get all (I hope) of the nails out of the lawn. Could not have asked for a more polite crew.
