Branix, Inc.

My wife had contacted another vent cleaning service (a franchise). We were dissatisfied with the way we were treated when we refused to have additional work performed on the spot due to some mold in the HVAC system. I could "smell the sell" a mile off. I had known about Branix, and how Mariano is honest and does a good job. He examined my system and told me that I did have a small amout of mold in one side of 1 of my 2 units, and he sprayed the systems with isopropyl alcohol. Since I am handy he told me some things I can do myself to keep it under control. I asked him about installing UV lights and he agreed it would be a good idea, but he didn't push them. In a world where way too many service companies go right for the jugulars, it's refreshing to see someone who truely wants to do the right thing. He is the business- being both the owner and the service person. It may the way of the dinosaur (in these days of big coporations and franchises), but he's doing the right thing, and I plan on using Branix in the future, and recommending his services.

Mariano does great work! He is a very nice guy, intelligent man who can be counted on to do an amazing job.
