Also, repaired and restored front porch rails and installed new hand rails along the steps leading to home's front entrance. Plans for the project were discussed in advance with the company's owner. All project promises were kept and delivered upon in a scheduled timely manner. The quality of the work was Excellent! Special thanks extend out to Carlos V. and Mayra J. who were assigned to complete the project. They worked highly effectively as a team to bring the restoration into fruition. We were extremely pleased with the work conpleted by Brannan & Brannan Services.

Brannan & Brannan completed two projects for me when other contractors came to give me estimate, but never to be heard from again. The first was drywall repair and replacement around two new skylights and repair ceiling drywall and termite damage I had around one of my bedroom windows. They did an excellent job and cleaned up afterwards. The second project was replacing a crumbling sidewalk and steps to my lower level entrance. The workers went far and above my expectations and built me a new sidewalk and lower level entrance that I can be proud of. I would highly recommend them for any project if you are having trouble getting a contractor that is actually interested in getting you job done, no matter how small it might be.

Excellent job on walkway! Quality of product and workmanship very high. Was given details about phases of project by owner, who answered all of my questions. People stop to ask who did the work, and I tell them.

It seemed like the 800 phone number was attached to a third part fulfillment center handling back office operations for the company and seemed disconnected from the actual service.

Mr. Brannan and his crew are knowledgeable and competent workers. One thing to note is that e-mail communication with Mr. Brannan is extremely slow and most replies took more than a day. He doesn't actually answer any of the e-mails and has a third party serve as a relay service. The slow communication resulted in rework. My project included four items. The retaining wall looks solid. The two small concrete pads are average, and the big concrete pad (8x20) had to be completely removed because not done to my specs. If you hire them, scrutinize the line items on the contract and ensure you get what you pay for. Pay especial attention to the "materials" section as that one may be inflated and marked up exponentially. Furthermore, if your project requires some specific details, ensure they're on the initial estimate/contract. Although you may think that certain things are common sense, and even if you discuss them during the initial meeting, you'll notice that the human element may come in play and things will get forgotten, which will result in change orders and increased prices. Also, if you have just a general idea of what you want, they'll do it and do it well. But once you start being more descriptive and precise, you may need to supervise the work more closely to assure you get what you ask for. Communicating with the foreman is easy, however the laborers speak very little English so be prepared for the language barrier issue. Overall I recommend Brannan and Brannan with the above caveats and may use them in the near future for other concrete projects.

The concrete driveway was installed promptly and efficiently. Mr. Brannan fully explained what to expect at each phase of the project and was always available to answer questions. The final product looks great!

My experience so far was great. Very informative and knowledgeable about repair of Brick front porch and concrete back Porch. Was very happy to discuss my needs. He explained the process and recommended the slate that would be best for what I needed. Can't wait for them to start working because I know it will be a quality job that I will be proud of. I know all my neighbors will want this company's information so I will make sure I have extra cards to recommend them. For the last two winters we have had unusual weather her in DC and a lot of damaged porches are in my area. First response .

Overall a good job & to my specs with input from Mr Brannan. The guy actually doing the work was slower than anticipatied & some final items are awaiting completion. The overall nature of the job looks good and I would use service again .

Mr. Brannan was kind, courteous and on time. His staff did an amazing job on our front patio and we were very pleased with the work. We ran into some slight delays due to rain, but they were able to finish in a timely manner. Out of all of the contractors we have used to renovate our home, Brannan and Brannan has been the best so far.

Replaced walk way spring of 2012. They missed appointments, agreed to have a fence taken to another contractor to paint - they didn't do that, and there were cracks in the concrete. I called and emailed them last year but kept being told they would get back to me. Poor customer service and quality.

Brannan & Brannan did an excellent job, very friendly, very reasonably priced and I couldn't be happier with the work.

Mr. Brannan explained the job very throughly and reminded me that since I'm at the bottom corner of the block the walkway should slope slightly so the water goes away from the house, to avoid pooling.
