After a great experience with their gutter cleaning service I hired them to power (pressure) clean the house exterior. Once again they arrived on time, did a great job and were great to work with. I'll definitely be hiring them again when the need arises.

Mike was very helpful, provided information I needed to make a decision and was able to install window film on my storm door, small windows surrounding it, and a window in my living room within a few days of me asking for an estimate. He explained how to measure the windows and door so he could give me a close estimate. He also provided 2 window film samples so I could decide how dark I wanted the film to be to reduce the afternoon sun's heat coming into my home. I forgot the name of the installer but he was professional and very experienced in applying window film. I am very pleased with the product and service I received and will use Window Genie if I decide to have my sliding glass doors filmed.

The project included power washing, window cleaning, and driveway cleaning. The service was terrific! Mike, the owner, laid out a detailed proposal, sent me an email reminder, and let me know which crew members would be completing the work. Shay and Bryant arrived on time and did an excellent job on all phases of the project. As they worked, they constantly updated me on which parts had been completed, which rooms they would be entering next, and estimated completion time. Of course, the best part of the service was the quality of the cleaning. I have had my windows cleaned several times before at the same price, but no one has done as good a job. On my next service, I will add deck cleaning and consolidate all my cleaning projects under this one company, Window Genie.

We have lived in our house for 21 years, and we have never had our windows, screens, and storm windows all washed at the same time. The difference in the light coming into our house is amazing! The entire experience with Window Genie was excellent. I would highly recommend them to one and all.
