Ken was the first to call and come by my house the same day to give me a quote for the job, but that was the end any kind of communication or customer service from him. He gave us an estimate for the work and said he would email a formal quote and we could accept the job that way. We never received anything from him and called and emailed him a few days later to see if he was still interested in the job. He submitted the quote and we accepted and hired him for the job. Over the next several weeks he gave us 3 different dates that he would be over to do the work and each time no one ever showed up or called to let us know they weren't coming. And he never followed up until we called or emailed him to see what happened and when he could reschedule. My last email to him was 2 weeks ago and he never bothered to respond. So I have wasted a month of my time dealing with someone who obviously did not want to do the job. So why rush to call and come by to submit a bid if you don't want to do the work? And then if the job wasn't worth the time, simply say that. We were hoping to find someone who would also be able to help us with a large landscaping job in the spring, but it certainly won't be Ken.

It was pretty expensive, but they did a really good job. Ken does what he says he ll do. I d hire him again.

They have cut my lawn once and so far it's great.

Ken and his team are very punctual and do a great job. I have used their services for over a year, and they have done a fantastic work on my lawn. They are also very courteous and a pleasure to work with.
