Charles was fantastic! He came out and gave me a reasonable quote, was completely understanding that I was waiting on additional quotes before I could make a decision. He was not pushy and walked me through the work as he completed it, at no point was I uncertain of what I was paying for and I am 100% satisfied with the service provided. I would recommend Charles and Brass Built Plumbing to friends, family and neighbors.

An excellent plumbing service provider! Showed up on time, had the correct parts, finished the job on time. The quality of workmanship was excellent. The gentleman cleaned the work area after he was finished and removed all the replaced parts.

Charles was very responsive to my initial call and showed up when he said he would. He called ahead to confirm. He was very polite, neat, and did a great job installing a new kitchen faucet to replace one that was 15+ years old. He had to be a bit creative given the age of the previous plumbing, but did so with a positive attitude and SUCCESS! We will definitely call him again.

I needed to find a new plumber for my mother-in-law. After interviewing 3 prospective pros, she and I agreed Brass Built was the ONE. Charles is a straight shooter, direct, honest, and gives you a fair, reasonable price for his services. He reseated the toilet, fixed the leaking problem, and replaced the mechanism inside the tank. He gave us a referral to a drywall/mud contractor, who took care of the mold in the ceiling and patched the drywall. It was a very professional job and looks terrific. Thank you, Charles and Ruben. Charles Meece, the owner/operator is a competent plumbing professional who pays attention to details and does excellent work. We hired Brass Built plumbing to install a new water softener and a water pressure regulator with shutoff value. Both jobs were completed promptly.

Charles replaced four faucets and in the process had to remove one of the sinks and fix it back which was not known upfront. He discussed this extra work prior to working on it, and after we settled on a price, he went ahead. The quality of the work is top notch, and everything got done in a timely manner.

Charles is first class. He s also fair. His work is exemplary. I was trying to do my own plumbing and found the frustration wasn t worth it particularly considering the marginal result. Charles was recommended to me. He s not what I would consider cheap but he does things so superbly that there s a value there. Quality always merits more value.Not to say that he s too high priced, but I can be kind of a Chizzler. When someone does the caliber of work he does take some of the pain away from the price
