Bathroom - Remodel
He gave me a low bid and was frequently reminded me about the low price. I felt the need to hire another contractor to finish the job due to him not showing up.
Response from braun home design
"Yes the job was under sold, but Mr.Bowser had a family member who was a retired contractor putting more into the job and always wanting more for less, when a perticular payment was due they refused and we were not doing more work once again without recieving payment, read through and you will find we are very timely and respectful of our customers you do always get you share who would like all for nothing and cut the payments as they see fit in the economic turn we have adjusted to the lowest we can do ,once again our track record is a good one ,please dont settle read further"

Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
We had a very big project and it was supposed to be finished in 4-6 month. It took exactly 1 year to finish. We knew it will be a big headache, but it was way worse than we expected.
Response from braun home design
"Due to the phasing of this project it was very difficult to keep on track with time. Also client added many extras to project which did increase time. This was a major project and the people should have moved out and come back when completed we hd to work in and out of every room of the house very difficult renovation ,please if you are considering a major renovation consider leaving for a shor period of time for all parties involved job will go two times quicker and very little headaches.Thank you for reading a contractors imput it will help you with your next project"

Bathroom - Remodel
Always showed up when promised. Went above and beyond to try to complete project to satisfaction. There were some problems with the tub installation (water leaking in to basement). Problems were eventually resolved. Had Kitchen done by same company and that project worked out much better.

Major Home Repairs (General Contractor)
A qualified referral....While the response, workmanship, schedule and budget were as expected, you need to be prepared to advance 50% by the time work begins, which I consider somewhat high, and also be prepared to pay the last installment in cash at the project acceptance, which I thought quite unusual.

Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
The project went great. Everything went as planned. We added a 20X20 extention to our home with a full basement. Bob was very responsive and striaghtforward. We would recommend him to any one looking to do a home improvement project big or small.

Garage - Remodel
Braun Associates Inc Is very slow in making repairs to the garage that has been complete since 10-08-2004. Side door is still sticking and the weather stripping is now gone do to the sticking. And the cement floor is all uneven and floods when it rains and snows.Do not use this company.
Response from braun home design
"This job was done a long time ago. the floor was not right because he put his big truck on it before it cured and he was never available for us to do service calls. Side door was repaired. Some people you just cannot satisfy no matter what you try to do. We extended ourselves as much as we possibly could."
