We hired John (his wife assisted) to paint our living room walls and trim, the hallway, stairwell, and upstairs hallway. The paint was not applied evenly. There were streaks and paint drippings on walls and trim. The window casings were not thoroughly painted. You can see they stopped painting about an inch under the frame of the window shades. The doors had brush stroke streaks and some of the hardware was painted. There was a lot of paint splatter on the floor tile and on our newly laid hardwood floor. They left smears of paint all over my antique chair. My leather chair has paint on it also. They rushed through this job and it showed.

I received a very prompt reply, notifying me that they were able to do all the work I required, and when they could start, as well as their cost. To my pleasant surprised, they were able to start even sooner, arrived exactly on time, completed all the projects to my satisfaction, cleaned up after themselves, and also provided some good advice.

The husband and wife team came and installed my bathroom vent motor the very same day to do the estimates. The next day, they installed a toilet and clean out nicely. I am very impressed.

His charge was higher than his quote, but when I reminded him of the quote, he honored it. I am very pleased with his work.

John installed an attic ladder access to storage area in garage. Fast, efficient, reasonable and honest. Also got valuable input from John on future projects. We plan to hire him again.

They called me within minutes of my request for bids. He quoted me a "most likely" amount on the phone. He charged that amount when the light was hung. We had a small chandelier taken down and a new one hung in our dining area. He showed up on time and completed the job quickly. They cleaned up after themselves completely. Even installed a dimmer switch which he brought with him without increasing the price. Great job!

I hired Brava to remove popcorn ceiling and add knock down texture in some parts of my home. They did a very messy job. First off when they removed the popcorn ceiling they didnt not cover the walls, cabinets, counter tops, etc, they only covered the floors with dirty tarps. They did cover walls with plastic when putting texture and paint on ceiling. When applying knock down texture and paint, they got paint on appliances and some walls. Where the ceiling meets the wall was very messy. The tape they used peeled paint off the wall and they had to come back and clean the mess they had left. They also did not spray enough texture on the ceiling. Would not reccommend this company to anyone wanting popcorn ceiling or knock down texture added to their home.

He showed up on time and did an outstanding job. He took off my wallpaper and then painted the walls.

Great customer service and great end product. One of the less expensive estimates I got, they were very responsive, and they were able to start and complete work sooner than expected. We will consider hiring them for future projects.

John contacted me the next day. I was not ready to begin this project and John was more than patient and understanding, waited till I called him. John is a professional. He explained how he will install the toilet, did a great job, cleaned up when done. We were so impressed we are hiring him for related projects upgrading our bathrooms. Of course, we highly recommend him. John is super knowledgeable about home repairs and projects.

Brava Construction removed wood siding, soffitt and trim that had rotted. They replaced the siding and trim and install new aluminum soffitt. They cleaned the roof and gutter and adjusted the exterior security light sensors. They were very prompt in providing the estimate and doing the work. Hard working, cleaned up at the end of each day. Kept me informed regarding progress, when they were done for the day and when they would be back. Will hire them again for future projects.

On time, did exact work as requested and did it well, cleaned up there dust and took old parts away, great job.

I received a call just a few minutes after entering my request on HomeAdvisor on a Sunday and came out the next morning for an estimate. Arrived for both appointments on time and did a thorough job. They cleaned up completely when done, answered any questions and were friendly to deal with. Would recommend them and use them in the future.

John Bratta was a good worker as long as you didn't ask him to explain why he did something then he would get upset because he had to stop working to answer your questions. Definitely not a people person. Very rude to me at times.
