Bravo Construction (aka Bravo Demolition and Construction) inspected the roof of my home. They recommended a complete tear-off and replacement for $12,000 + tax. He then let me know that he happened to have a cancellation for the following week so could fit me into his schedule to do the work. My roof was installed 7 years ago by a different contractor who used 40-year shingles. It is a second layer. The reason I had Bravo do an inspection was that the person who removed moss from my roof had questions about the effect of the moss on some of my shingles. Mr Bravo showed me several photos of sections of my roof to back up his recommendation for complete replacement. He informed me that I/my roofer had invalidated the manufacturer warranty on two counts: -When a second layer was installed. This is FALSE, according to manufacturers that I verified directly with, which I strongly encourage consumers to verify as well! -When I allowed anyone other than the original certified installer on my roof to perform work. This is also FALSE, according to manufacturers corporate office. I contacted (The Building material company) corporate office to verify these and other claims that Mr Bravo made. That company informed me that NONE of the information I had been told by Mr Bravo was accurate. In addition, Mr Bravo had claimed that his company was certified by this manufacture. This also turned out to be FALSE. The certified installers for many shingle companies will be listed on their website. The manufacture of my shingles recommended that I contact the roofer who did my installation 7.5 years ago since most roofers guarantee their work for 5 to 10 years (which Mr Bravo should have done). The shingle manufacture contacted one of their trusted certified roofing companies on my behalf for a roof inspection. That company then referred me to a company that does not install roofing, saying (rightly) that it would be a conflict of interest for them to inspect a roof since they install them. The independent inspector performed the inspection yesterday. Their findings were completely different from Bravo Construction: My roof has a couple of issues that they recommended I address. They estimated that the cost of these repairs would be less than $250, and once completed, my roof should hold up for another 5 to 7 years. None of the issues that Bravo Construction used to justify an immediate tear-off and replacement held up to this company to the independent objective inspection. Mr. Bravo appears to be sincere, making it all the more confusing when his statements about himself and professional assessment of my roof did not hold up. If I had moved forward with Mr. Bravos installation of a new roof, this unnecessary work would have been an enormous financial setback for me. It would have meant that other repairs that are actually needed would have had to wait for years until I recovered financially from this expense. The primary lesson learned: For an accurate roof as

Carlos and his team did an amazing job demolishing and removing my gross old shed. Not only did they rid me of the shed, but they also took care of a few other small things for me while they were here too, such as taking away an old stump that I had dug up a few months ago. They cleaned up the area very well, and the whole team was friendly and had great attention to detail. I was also impressed that they were able to come out within a few days of me contacting them! (although I think I may have got lucky - they seem pretty busy). Carlos also gave me advice about the electric lines running out to the shed area, which I appreciated. I received a lower quote from another company, but decided to go with Bravo Construction still, due to the good ratings and how soon they were available. No regrets. I highly recommend them and I plan to reach out to them for future jobs.

Bravo Construction was recommended to me by a friend who had them hang and tape the drywall in their home. I had hung the drywall myself with the intention of hiring out the taping and mudding. This was a remodel and addition project so getting the old and new walls to flow together was going to be tough. I learned right away that I should have hired out the install of the drywall, as several hours extra were spent fixing mistakes I had made while hanging the drywall. The crew sent over from Bravo did a fantastic job with the tape and texture. If I could start over, I would have Bravo Construction do the entire drywall job. It would have saved me a lot of time!!!

Carlos was very helpful and quick with the quote and booking the job. There was some additional touch up that needed to be done but they came back out a few days later and finished the job nicely.

I would highly recommend using Bravo. No only is the owner, Carlos, prompt, curteous and clear in his communication, but the folks who work for him are truly Master Craftsmen. They arrived promptly, were curteous, considerate (taking their shoes off and being careful of our new floors and paint when they came back to install trim), thorough (a squeak came back after they fixed the subfloor and the flooring was installed and they fixed it again), and the job they did was unparalleled in quality. We hired them after we got into a scheduling challenging with our remodel. We had 2.5 weeks to move in to our new home and our contractor wasn't going to be able to get it all done. After 3 hours of calling folks, Carlos was the only one who returned my call and luckily was able to help on short notice with amazing work. Caesar came and, with his deft double trowel moves, mudded the walls to perfection. Our walls have some challenges with straightness and what he was able to do was unreal. They did a beautiful job taking us from drywall to finished walls ready for painting in our incredibly short timeline, working over the weekend to help us stay on schedule. We also had them fix our subfloors and install our trim - Josh and Leo are masters at their craft. I was happy they could help us with this as well, as the other contractor we were using for this originally was a nightmare. I can't recommend them highly enough and they will be used for all of our future construction jobs. It was such a pleasure to work with a company that not just does what they say they are going to do, but does it incredibly well with curtousy at a reasonable cost. Business with a heart and skill!

Bravo was prompt and courteous. They even came out the same day called and finished that day. Friendly and professional. We had three wall repair areas and they did a great job. Would highly recommend.

The crew was prompt, courteous and professional. The quality of their work was very high and they took care to protect the floors and contain the construction areas and cleaned-up after the job. We're very happy with the work and would absolutely hire them for any similar needs in the future.

I had extensive repairs done to my townhouse from water damage to the upstairs master bedroom, bathroom and downstairs living room. New draywall, plaster, paint, trim replacement, carpet pad, carpet, etc. This is a rental property as I now live out of state which made the entire situation more complicated....or so I expected. All communication was handled over the phone and via email only. The pricing was very fair and the communication was exceptional. Carlos kept me informed and at no point did I feel they took advantage of the situation. My tenant says the place looks like new! I am extremely grateful to Brave for a job well done.

They were courteous and cleaned up well. They did the job in two days and we are very satisfied with the price and the speed and the finished ceiling installation and texture.

We were contacted promptly both initially and later when scheduling the project after the bid was given us. They got to the work very quickly and the whole project, electrician and drywall repair, was done in less that one week. I am pleased.
