Technician fixed a leak but broke garbage disposal. When you take garbage disposal down , you need to run it to make sure there are no leaks but technician did not do it. Technician came back and asked for more $$ to fix something he broke.

I received several estimates from a total of three companies. They were all good however, I chose Bravo because I felt they went above and beyond what was required to figure out my problem. I felt they actually was trying to help and not just make a sale, right wrong or indifferent.

Had to get work done by these guys as we did not have water over the weekend, and they charged exorbitant amount, definitely 50% or more overcharged. After the initial estimate provided by the plumber, manger Carlos called and increased the price by 60%, taking advantage of the situation.

He was unable to fix the problem. $125 was too much for the short time he was there. The price he quoted to replace the toilet was a lot. Will not be using this company.

Bravo sent someone out in less than two hours after I submitted an online inquiry, having been bailed on by Len the Plumber three days in a row. My tech was professional, provided a quote within minutes upon assessing the situation, and began work immediately. He was finished in almost exactly an hour (super speedy!) and did as good a job as he could do clearing my drain clog without having access to much of the pipework due to the way my condo is built. He kept me informed of what he was doing throughout the process, reviewed the work completed once he was done, and gave me pointers for how to maintain this particular drain moving forward. Overall great experience and I would absolutely call Bravo again. VERY easy to do business with, and I was satisfied with all aspects of this appointment/service.
