The only problem was they didn't show when they were suppose to, on the original day scheduled . If you can't make a time, you need to let others know. The day they showed up, they were several hours late! Once they arrived, the work was very good.

The technician communicated exceptionally well throughout the process. He installed the door in a timely fashion and I have full confidence in his trustworthyness and abilities. My only criticism would be that the door installed is a much higher quality and prices then needed for this operation. Overall he did an outstanding job and I would recommend him for any job.

Duane took on a job for me that others had turned down saying it was too complicated and would require too much time. He was able to remove old door frames and side lights on 2 sets of double french doors with side lights, replace all the framing and replace this with PVC composite material, replacing the framing around the side lites with sturdy fiberglass side lite panels as well. New ball bearing commercial hinges were used. This was a very difficult job and Duane stuck with it and he and his team did an excellent job.

Duane really knows his stuff. He knows his craft very well, fixed my lock issues at a reasonable price, and was aligned with my goals.

Duane with Bravo Security did a tremendous job of installing the doors (4) and overcame challenges with incorrect measurements by the door manufacturing company. His knowledgeable demeanor and technical skill kept this form being a stressful situation for our school. Based on his performance he is also handling an entry gate security issue with the same results. Highly satisfied!!

Actually I hired him and paid 1/2 up front and he has cancelled on my 3 times for various reasons. He was supposed to be here today - two hours ago. I just called and he said the doors were not ready but he would be here as soon as they are. This level of service is horrid. I don't actually know the quality yet but wanted to give this feedback so I rated the quality simple as average. Hopefully it will be better than that!
