Replacing a new roof can be a very stressful thing, but Chris, the Project Manager at Braxco Roofing made it very easy for me from start to finish. He was very responsive to questions and explained the new roofing technologies well for me to understand. I have decided to retain their service for new roof installation mainly because of his professionalism and trustworthiness. When the type of shingles we picked was out of stock in the surrounding area, Chris went out of his way to search and order the supply from the neighboring state. I appreciate his willingness to walk the extra mile in order to achieve optimal customer satisfaction. The crew worked very hard from early morning to late at night and finished the job on time. They delivered a beautifully completed work. Cleanup was fabulous, nowhere to be found any nails or pieces of debris that were left unattended. I am very happy and grateful that I have found Braxco Roofing and I highly recommend their service. I would not hesitate to give all five ratings for their professionalism, superior quality work, and excellent customer service!! The Project Manager Chris helped us through each step. He worked with our insurance to get us a new roof from storm damage. He was responsive to each call and text. The workers were friendly and cleaned up perfectly. We love our new roof and very happy with Braxco Roofing

I had an insurance claim and got quotes from several roofers. Chris from Braxco set himself apart. He listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and went over everything throughly. I bought a house from out of town. Chris worked with me and even FaceTimed me to go over the condition of the roof and what would be done. The quote was very competitive compared to others I reached out to. Chris and the team were with me throughout the process. Wonderful experience!!

They were prompt, reliable and reasonably priced. Once we started digging into the problem, additional mold and rot was found. They were able to do the extra work at minimal cost. My experience with Brasco was great. I was ready for a new roof. Two previous companies never got back to me with a price, never came by a second time. Scott Daniels with Brasco came by, we discussed what I wanted/needed and he got me a quote within hours. The price was reasonable so I gave him the go ahead to put a new roof on. He put me on the schedule took off my old roof, replaced the vents with new ridge vents and had my new architectural roof installed in about a day. It looks great. The whole experience couldn't have gone any better. So if you are ready for a new roof, this company gets it done. Don't waste your time with people who don't respond to your query, go with Brasco who wants your business.

They’ll professionalism from the beginning was unmatched. Our rep took his time explaining how the process would work and answered all our questions. The crew was amazing and so nice. They did an amazing job and the cleanup, which I was worried about, was perfect. They met with us the next day to do a walkthrough and insure our satisfaction.
