Excellent service. Very professional pointed out some other issues he seen that's not in his and field. We called the other company to come out and fix that issue as well.
Zach was very helpful and we appreciate his work and efficiency to help us as fast as he could. We find the problem yesterday and today the water heater has been replaced today.
Thank you Zach!

Our service technician, Ryan was extremely helpful. He came early and was able to access the issue immediately. We did not end up needing a service done today, but we will definitely call again if anything is needed in the future.

Johnny L was professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job repairing my leak by rebuilding my riser and installing a new hose bib and shut off valve. He did high quality work and I am very pleased with the results. I also appreciate that he could complete the repairs so quickly on a Saturday so I didn't have to go the whole weekend without water

I brought Brazos Plumbing in to oversee my 160 unit property (Stonegate At Alvin) and his work is exceptional. The communication and promptness is what sets them apart. Now he handles my plumbing for my own Property Management and it feels good to not have to worry about getting a job done when needed, as I know they will be there to resolve. Thanks you Brazos Plumbing for EVERYTHING YOU DO!!

Brandon was super helpful and informative. He took the time to figure out the problem and come up with a solution that made sense, and walked me through every step. The pricing was very reasonable, too. I would absolutely call them again next time I need plumbing work done.

Brandon with Brazos Plumbing arrived as scheduled and examined my issue, quoted a price the the job. He had to go for parts then replaced the broken pipe He was very efficient and I was very comfortable with how he explained what he was doing. Since my job involved replacing pipe he did have to wait for adhesive to bond giving him time to complete 3 other jobs as well in my area. His work ethic was outstanding and I will definitely contact him for any future projects.

Have had them out for several jobs around the house now and has always been top notch. Consistently arrived on or at the front end of the scheduled time and have been neat and orderly. Last time they installed a vanity and were in/out in an hour. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area.
