They weren't able to help me with the health of the tree I originally called about. Said I need a certified arborist but they did trim up the rest of the trees and did a good job.

"I'm sorry for the dissatisfaction regarding the price. As I understand it, others that had promised a lower price didn't even show up to do the job. We aim to make sure every customer is happy but unfortunately our work isn't dictated by time it takes to do the job, it is dictated by resources, equipment, and costs. Had we allocated this job to one person it would have taken a minimum of about 2 hours. Instead, we put a lot of bodies on the job to get rid of the tree, grind the stump, and haul it off."

Fabulous! He did a very good job. As soon as I put in the request, he called right away and came out right away provided an estimate. The next morning he called to left me know that the workers were on their way so that I would not get startled with strange men in the yard. After the work was completed, he called the next day to follow up on how things turned out. Then he emailed me a receipt that day. I highly recommend him and will use him again.

I believe they should have cut the limbs first, then cut the tree down. When heavy limbs are hanging out there you cannot be sure in what direction the tree will fall.

Jacob did a really good job of trimming & cutting down some trees for me...he ended up doing the whole project by himself because I needed it done on a Saturday and he was the only one available. Jacob also did a great job of cleaning everything up after he was done. Their rates are reasonable and not over the top like others I had contacted. I would definitely use this service again!
