Jenny, the owner, was the most professional, knowledgeable, honest and compassionate contractor I have ever met. A mold situation can be very stressful and I cannot explain it but my blood pressure immediately went down as soon as she walked in! She is calming, reassuring and does not use high pressure tactics. She just tells you the truth.

I have been hesitant to post this review. The customer service is wonderful and they are professional when dealt with. It is the quality of work and the price, I question. I feel like we were overcharged for the mold remediation they did for us. And the air quality testing that I felt should have been included in the bulk price. I would recommend doing your research on how mild it should be removed properly and compare prices. We were in a desperate situation with my health at the time of hiring and regret not getting another opinion.

"I have repeatedly told Home advisor about this...she is reviewing the WRONG company. I am in Florida...the company she hired is in Tennessee. I did not provide her services, consultation or do any work for her. This is not my review. I will sue Home Advisors Ass if they do not remove this permanently and quit adding it to my profile. Defamation of character, slander, whatever."

There was an issue with the texturing around a few of the air vents being knocked off. It would have been nice had they fixed that. Jenni does a good job responding to messages.
