"I would be happy to show the phone call logs from both the Owner and the Manager that we did communicate. Also, we did inform you upfront that if there were emergency calls we would have to take care of them and would let you know. Which we did. One was a widow whose pipes burst and flooded her basement and the other was a 90-year-old lady with approximately 18 breaks in her water pipes and flooded her basement. This was ALL communicated to you on a regular basis."
"Those young guys that you are referring to are hard-working, young men of which two of them are military willing to fight for "our Country". I for one am proud of their hard work, and the fact that they aren't sitting home depending on others to take care of them. As far as muddy boots, you, your brothers, and one of your brother's wives, walked in and out several times, from upstairs to downstairs and vice versa, WITH YOUR BOOTS ON, ALL OF YOU. That is where the mud inside came from. Not us!! One of our workers, only one, had to go in the door downstairs for the job, and HE TOOK HIS BOOTS off along with myself who took my boots off every time."
