"This client was disappointed because she did not receive her 10% deposit back ($2,600,00). She gave a deposit in cash on our first visit and was excited to get her pool started asap, that was on a Wed.I sent her a contract the following Mon. and told her that we had gotten permits($300.00) and order the pool equipment ($10,000.00).She told me that she would sign the contract and that she couldn't wait to get started.That Wed she called me and told me that she could no longer do the pool.We called the pool distributor back and they charged a 25% restocking fee ($2,500.00).We told the client and gave her all the documentation. One yr. credit."
