The service was outstanding, however, getting Breen's to pick up the phone was a tedious task. I will probably not use them again, because of the customer contact being so inconsistent.

They were suppose to be here Tuesday at 11 their van broke down they called and made an appointment for today (Wed) same time they showed up very considerate cleaned up afterward answered all questions will hire again

There was a dead squirrel in our chimney. Mr. Green called me back almost immediately and sent a crew the next morning. The young man who cleaned the chimney was very polite and efficient, and cleaned everything up very nicely and got a cap and put it on the chimney for us. We highly recommend them!

I believe I pd too much for my dryer repair. The technician was good, but charged me for time to travel to pick up the parts needed for the repair. I could have purchased a brand new dryer for approx. an additional $150 including what I paid for the parts & labor.

Apparently my appointment didn't get into their calendar. Had to call, and they came out the same day, only later than scheduled.

I heard from them promptly after filing my request. They were quick to make a appointment. However , there was some confusion within the firm about the appointment as the person making the appointment failed to enter it in the books. This resulted in the appointment having to be postponed one day. Nevertheless, they did come and perform the service and were courteous and efficient and did not charge me for unnecessary cleaning.

Very friendly and flexible with schedule. Determined to do the job right. Knowledgable in several areas. We will refer to them as projects arise that we can't handle ourselves.

I was charged to much for 15 minutes only to service my appliance quoted me different on the phone and when David came out was quoted a higher price.

Good company, 3 good young techs worked together quickly and efficiently. Friendly and knowledgable. My chimeny was clean and did not need sweep; they installed a cap which I needed to keep birds out, which I paid for. But the $100 service call could have been prorated a little as the visit took only 30 minutes. I would recommend them.

I believe, this is a family owned business. The sons came the next day after the request. The price Mr.Breen quoted over the phone was not the same as the price his son stated. This was not good, not transparent about the cost after clearly informing him that I had a fireplace twice. My fireplace was not even dirty, I observed the amount of dirt that came down (fairly new home) while they were supposed be cleaning it. After informing the crew of this, the price was reduced. I called to discuss this with him but he did not respond.

The guys did a great job. They gave me a couple options and explained each. They were very friendly, professional and cleaned up after themselves. They scheduled me quicky and at a very resonable price. I'll be using them again for other projects.
