These guys have done an amazing job. The biggest selling point was their ability to handle palm tree trimming maintenance (for an extra fee, obviously). In addition, they've been excellent at taking care of our lawn and shrubs.

BB failed to perform the basic weekly lawn service. Their position is that if they do not mow the lawn, then the rest of the basic service (edging, line trimming, blowing) is not needed. I had magnolia leaves that fell from the tree. I have a fairly large property, and they only spent 20 minutes on property over the course of 2 visits. They did trim some hedges, however, they only trimmed 2 sections each week. At that rate the yard would never have a manicured look. If you are looking for quality, they are not the company to hire. They are inexperienced and incompetent.
