His communication skills were lacking and his quality of completing the agreed upon task was lacking. He told me he was done and to take a look. Good thing I did. Had to have him go back on roof to repair the gutter guards as they were still sticking up in multiple places. It was apparent he didnt want to be there and he will not be asked back.

"Putting guards on was not agreed on. I did it as a favor. Beware contractors! You do not want to do work for this unappreciative customer. My clients are all happy with my work except this guy. What does that tell you?"
