From our first meeting I knew John was qualified for the job. I had done my homework and he answered my questions without hesitation. He was polite and respectful. He provided an estimate via email as I requested. He explained to me that the freezing temperatures were not ripe for application. He continued to keep me apprised of his expectations based on forecasts. He showed up when he said he would. His workers got right to work and I could tell they knew what they were doing.
