Patrick was great-came on time and gave a fair estimate and scope of work. The fellows who came to install were courteous and clean. It is a very old home and I don't think it was the easiest of installs although the ductwork was already in place.

Gas Boiler or Radiator Heating System Repair
After a month of having work done on the gas boiler, I found Bren-Air. Pat called immediately on a Sunday, and his crew showed up Monday morning to inspect and diagnose. Within an hour they had identified the problem and, having parts in stock, were able to complete the repair by early afternoon. Their promptness, courtesy and knowledge of this brand of boiler was excellent and appreciated.

We hired Bren-Air to perform maintenance on three furnaces when another company could not accommodate our job for another month. Bren-Air was able to quickly get our job done as well as troubleshoot and fix two of our furnaces which were having issues. Finally, they installed a new WiFi thermostat to replace a very old one in the house. We are new homeowners and are not very savvy with the heating system but their techs were very courteous and also only charged for the time it took which came under the actual cost for maintenance on our three units and the thermostat install. Would recommended, especially for the quick scheduling and service.

I could not be happier. New to the area found Bren-Air on Home Advisor. With three days of 90 degree heat forecast I turned on my new Central AC for the first time in the season - dead. Assuming everyone would be swamped Bren-Air was no exception. Pat still managed to squeeze me in and had me up and running in no time for much less than I expected. Fast, professional, and pleasant. Best call I could have made!
