Very well. Bobby did a fine job. He is very conscientious about his work and very proud of doing it well. His father was a mason and trained him in his craft. He was very specific about exactly what needed doing, what it would cost, and what options he could offer me. I had a couple of choices and appreciated having the chance to decide which option worked best for me. Bobby is flexible, personable, trustworthy.

I dont own the house, my fiance's uncle does and he lives in New Jersey. I explained my situation with Bobby and he was great about it all. He pin-pointed the issue and fixed it and we couldn't be any happier!!! <br />

All was handled in a professional manner.  This masonry man's work was clean, neat and on time.  Provider was easy to converse with.  He listened to me regarding issues to be corrected and was very understanding and responsive.  Overall I was very satisfied with the work and the ease of getting the project completed.  I would user hisservices in the future as well as recommend himto friends and family. <br />

Bobby can also do an entire floor or backsplash but he did not do that for us that day. We talked with him for a long time and he does a lot of other types of construction work also. We're actually going to use him for a bigger job soon, we enjoyed having him work with us. <br />

I told him it was a small job and he came over very quickly to do the estimate. He showed up on time to start. He moved the tiles out and replaced them. His price was very fair, and he guarantees his work! It was great. I had a few other contractors who came over to say the tile could not be repaired, but he was able to fix it for us. He even drove an extra distance for us to do the job at no travel cost! I will definitely use him again in the future and highly recommend him!

They did a very good job. They were professional, honest and straightforward in what needed to be done. He gave good suggestions leading up to doing the work. We were very satisfied with the job he did and would highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with Bobby Potaris. He was polite, responsive and knowledgeable from the day we met. After a brief description of what we were looking to do to restore our deck, he gave us his honest opinion about what he thought the best and most reasonable approach would be and explained in a very clear way the work involved. Throughout the process, Bobby listened to our concerns, gave us many useful suggestions and delivered a great product. We would definitely hire him again.

I was very pleased with the power washing on my house; all the mold and grime was removed; attention to detail was very prominent in the finished product. My patio was also power washed and it came out spotless. The wokers took their time and made sure I was happy with the results.

Bobby was a huge help. He told us right away that we didnt have to spend unneccessary money for him to do the project. But then he stayed for more than 30 minutes showing us exactly what to do and what tools to use for our grout project. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful - he took time out of his day to help us understand what we needed to do even though he wasnt getting paid for the job. I would definitely recommend Bobby for any job.

Bobby Potaris had an encyclopedic knowledge of tile and grouting. Bobby explained to me how much of the tile should be regrouted for the maximum return for my money. He and his father showed up on time and finished promptly. They left everything neat, even leaving a large sponge for me to clean any residual dust. The price was reasonable. Most importantly, my shower no longer leaks. My girlfriend is now complaining that the rest of my bathroom looks drab by comparison.

Bobby and his dad re-grouted our bathroom and replaced a couple of broken tiles for us. They were both very cordial and more importantly did an awesome job (the bathroom looks new). It was a quick job, as we have a small bathroom, but they showed up on time and finished well between the time range they defined. The price for regrouting the bathroom was pretty reasonable too. All in all a very pleasant experience and I would certainly use Potaris Construction again.

The work was done as we wanted and in a timely manner. But what dust is created by the regrouting. We didn&apos;t think to cover stuff or put up plastic...big mistake. Next time...I would just suggest to the homeowners to cover things and put up plastic before the job is started. Bobby is coming back to replace a newly broken tile and there are a couple of places where the grout is too skimpy and/or missing. Hopefully, that will be rectified at the same time. Bobby and his dad are professional and personable.

They did a fine job repairing my porch, and were able to do a couple of other smaller jobs while on site. Very accommodating of time constraints for this work - they needed to finish before painters began priming. On time and at a fair price.

They did a great job of installing deck supports, replacing appropriate deck flooring, repairing threshold, cleaning gutters and power washing. Although they made recommendations for other work, they respected our limitations. Work was timely.

Very friendly father-son company. Bobby, the son, was eager to earn business, came out promptly to give an estimate and pricing was competitive with 2 other contractors. Communication was not ideal throughout the project. We did not know when he would start and complete and experienced multiple delays due to bad weather or other jobs. It was clear that he is not an expert painter and required detailed specs. However, overall, the job was well done with minor imperfections (paint spots here and there, did not clean up well after fence post installation). Bobby came out and attended to the issues after job completion.

What a great experience I had with Potaris Construction !! They were very professional, extremely considerate, and exceptionally responsive to my request for services. They were also very fair in pricing and I actually paid HALF of what another contractor had quoted earlier for the same work ! They also had excellent references and a high quality reputation within the Boston / Cambridge community. I feel very fortunate to have had such a positive experience and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing any kind of services in / out of their home ! !
