Dan did a fantastic job doing most of the renovation/repair work for me to see my house in Colorado Springs. He worked long hours and was always very flexible as I piled more and more requests on his plate. The work was excellent and left the house better than when I originally bought it. Painting interiors, replacing windows, drywall repair, plumbing, interior door replacement, and more. Dan can get it done, on time, on budget, and high quality.

I have little interest in training myself for the many odd jobs that emerge. Dan Martin has been a huge help filling the handyman gap. I’ve asked him to do everything from pour concrete for fence posts to devising a protective cover for refrigeration lines for a heat pump and installing new flooring. Once, I asked him to assemble a mail order greenhouse, and he had the good sense to inventory the items sent for assembly. It turned out that hundreds of screws and other fittings were missing. Dan saved himself and me from hours of frustration. He always responds quickly and brings help when he needs it. He is a gem.

DBS construction is my go to for really anything construction. He is so knowledgeable, He has probably forgotten more than most people learn in construction

We recently purchased a home in Rockrimmon that had been built in the late 70’s and needed a lot of updating. We could not be happier with the work Dan completed on our home. He remodeled 3.5 baths, removed popcorn texture, redesigned master suite, built an absolutely gorgeous wall unit and so much more! We highly recommend Dan and guarantee you will not be disappointed!
