Hired Contractor to remove Boiler System and install Forced Air units within duplex. Project was fully paid but Contractor did not finish work. Also, damage to ceilings in multiple areas. Contractor will not answer messages or calls. I?m currently in the process of filing a claim with Michigan Small Claims Court. The job was 85% complete and things look good, but there are no Heating Ducts installed to warm the basement. I would not recommend this Contractor. The project extended 4 weeks because of missed days and poor communication. I would call or text and I would not get a reply. I normally don?t write reviews but I want to give other potential homeowners a heads up.

Aj and his team did an excellent job to replace our 21 year old hot water heater with a power exhaust. I called numerous "family owned" plumbers in the area and they had AI phone agents or overseas call centers answering the phone. Called tri-state and got through to AJ right away. He quoted me the best price in the area and even made an effort to get me in ASAP because he heard my son in the background and didnt want us without hot water in November. Next day they were in and out within an hour. 2 weeks later and its still working great! Cant say enough good things about my experience with them.

I hired AJ‘s company for work back in October. Lots of no calls/no-shows; he probably delayed the project three months. Still waiting on a final inspection for occupancy certificate, electrical plumbing and fire have been done for a while. I finally called the city myself and a permit was never pulled by Tri-State despite him reassuring me that he had a permit and was at the city offices, figuring it out. He won’t return my calls, and I made the mistake of paying for the work when it was completed instead of waiting for the inspection. Do not hire.
