Waste, Junk, Building Materials and Debris Removal and Hauling
This company was hired to clean out a storage space. The deposit was paid. I had to change the scheduled dates due to a death in the family. I was told there would be a reschedule fee, no problem. I was told I would be contacted a day before. I had to call him to check to see if everything was okay for the following day. Was told to expect him between 8am and 11am. We went early just to sort things out. I kept checking the time and just before 11am, I gave him a call, no answer, left a voicemail. Also sent a text, no response. Tried calling again, he responded with "I sent you a TEXT at 9:13am, letting you know a relative of mine had to go to the hospital." Number 1, why didn't you call instead of texting? Number 2, are you the only person working in this company or are there only relatives at this company that was affected by a person getting sick and everyone has to go to the hospital? I explained everything to go was in the hallway of the storage and was asked if I could resch?
Response from God Life LLC
"I had a relative have a stroke which was very close to me so I dropped everything to be with my family. I tried to reschedule and you said you all took everything out of the storage already and you didn't want to reschedule. I sent you your deposit on the date I said I would and square took there time sending the deposit back to you, sorry for the inconvenience once again God bless you."

Troy and Bernard were incredibly responsive to the quote request. We had a conversation about what I needed move and they sent a fair invoice. On the day of, they were communicative and prompt to come to the job. When there were more items than expected they gave me a fair updated quote and were done in less than 20 minutes! The workers was very engaged and made sure that they included me in what was being thrown out and what I would be keeping. Even informed me on keeping something that may hold value later down the line so that was much appreciated. They aren't just the normal pick up and haul guys, They help you make clear conscientious decisions about what you're deciding to get rid of as well!
Response from God Life LLC
"We here at Hero Strong Appreciate your review. We can't please everyone but we aim too."
