Brendan is very honest and fair. He is an excellent contractor. He finishes his projects on time and uses the best subcontractors. His tile contractors do excellent work and he himself, is an excellent workman. I certainly would hire him again and I definitely recommend him.

Brendan and his subcontractors did a great job and on schedule. Brendan found existing problems and solved them as they worked along. His quote was fair and didn't exceed it. We asked for extras and he took care of them fairly. I would highly recommend Brendan.
