Jose was great, responsive and did a great job pulling out my old flat tar roof and installing a new roof. He removed all of the plants I had on the roof, fixed the entire roof in less than a week and was in and out before I knew it. In our first meeting he also drove me around the block to see the type of roof I was thinking of and how it would look as opposed to my other option. Jose is very professional and I highly reccomend him.

Jose and his roofing crew did a very good job in replacing my roof. A combination of pitched and flat. Jose was attentive to questions and explained exactly what needed to be done and why. Proposal and estimate was clear . Once the go ahead was given the work was done promptly. Good clean up afterwards. Once the job was finished no leaks with the recent big storms. Highly recommended

The president and foreman Mr. Rodriguez, not only familiar with roofing but also carpentry, windows and painting, is a very conscientious craftsman caring about every detail. He was ready to start the project a couple of days after the start order with a right crew and materials. His crew members were highly diligent, although with skill levels all different. The initial estimate of the cost was a bit too low, probably to be competitive, ending up with extensive extras, so that it seems better for some people to get the "not-to-exceed" price upfront. I will definitely retain him for my next project.

Jose and his crew were great! They did a wonderful job and even went above and beyond the scope of the original project when it became apparent that there would need to be additional work performed (namely, a window needed to be removed so that a graded roof could be installed). Using them to do the rood and replace the window with drywall made it so much easier than getting a whole other contractor in here to do the additional work. They were courteous and respectful, cleaned up after everything, and were here when they said that they would be. I would highly recommend Brendan Roofing and Waterproofing to anyone with roofing needs.

Jose was highly communicative and willing to explain the details of roofing. He also, had ready explanations for additional suggestions. My job came in at about 15% above the quoted cost due to unknowns discovered along the way. When each of these unknowns was encountered, Jose provided me with sufficient information to make an informed decision. Jose and his men were ultra fast and ultra clean. Jose also remained pleasant as I handed him a list of minor areas to resolve during the final walk-through. He was even nice enough to construct a special �box� on my roof for the Directtv Company to attach their dish to, preventing them from drilling holes into my new roof. Before contracting with Brendan Roofing, I solicited several quotes and while Jose was not the cheapest of these, I feel comfortable that a solidly professional job was done.

Jose repaired leaks in our roof from screws of a solar array attaching it to the roof. It was a difficult repair because the array was only 3 inches away from the roof, parallel to our flat roof. He arranged for an electrician to help and between the two of them, they devised not only a repair to the leaky roof, but a new way to attach the array without penetraing the roof with screws. They wound up raising the array off the roof 2-3 feet, set the panels at the proper angle, and created a sturdy structure to support the panels. They worked very efficiently, conscientiously, and intelleigently in getting this difficult job done as promised.

I stated 2 specific problems that I needed diagnosed or fixed, and although they did work and charged me, neither problem was fixed and the one requiring diagnosis was not at all clear. They were supposed to run a water test for leaks, but they weren't organized about restricting water flow to one area at a time, so they could not draw conclusions.
