Ducts & Vents - Install or Replace
The work was performed satisfactorily. They did not have the follow through on the job about defining the scope of work (no supervisor present to explain what to the workers what do do - which they had promised). The price was far in excess of the original estimate. They were definitely the wrong people to hire for a job where it was sort of "how can you improve" my existing duct layout for better efficiency? They billed my credit card without authorization (they had the number because they billed the first half before starting). Overall they were not "my kind of guys."

Gas Boiler or Radiator Heating System Repair
Did our radiator move quickly and on our schedule. Did a professional job. I have used Brennan in the past for a total new boiler install, and would not hesitate to call for new work or service.

Electrical Baseboard or Wall Heater - Install
They were very fast and timely, however, since they completed last week I have found there is a problem with the installation. I need a revisit. The return to complete the installation was timely and swift. However, they left without capping the water drain line which started leaking on the floor as soon as the furnace started. I am still awaiting a final inspection by the city inspector. Please send a new update next week.

Very professional. They didn't complete the job on the first day, and charged our credit card before completing the job. However, when I called to complain they were very helpful and came within a few days to complete the job. They gave a clear presentation of the options, and didn't try to sell us stuff we didn't need. I'd recommend them.

he worked on the proposal to replace my oil furnace with a new gas furnace. He was a pleasure to work with--extremely professional and efficient. Compared to the proposals that I received from other companies, it was by far the clearest and he patiently explained any parts that I did not understand. When it came to physically replacing the furnace, again the Brennan representative was wonderful to work with. I was particularly impressed with how smoothly the process went and how clean the area was left after the furnace was replaced.

they havent put furnance in yet, project to be complete next week, but has great communication, calls back as soon as we call with questions...will rate after experience, but so far so good, first contractor we have been please with, hopefully we will see after installation and all is complete...

They were great. The furnace went out on Sunday and we had a new one installed by Wednesday after spending a couple of days getting estimates. The installers were efficient and knew what they were doing.

I have used Brennan Heating before and they are always professional and on time. I only bought my house a year ago and have found it nearly impossible to find a company in the home repair/maintenance industry that does what they say they will do when they say they'll do it. I would definitely recommend Brennan Heating.
