I am a particular person and was VERY pleased with the work done. The roof on my raised ranch was stripped and replaced in one day. Hidden damage was repaired as described in proposal at a very fair rate, no BS upsell, hidden charges or pressure. All debris removed via on site dumpster and dumpster removed the next day. Clean up was great. All my conversations and dealings were with Brett, no middle man or sales agent. A fair price and great work. Planning for siding with Brett in the Spring. Highly recommend and would use again without a second thought.

BP Builders just completed a complete replacement of my roof. They also replaced and refitted 5 skylights. All work was done timely, quickly and professionally. We could not be more pleased with the outcome. Additional plus: they were less expensive than our two other estimates. BP Builders, LLC was the first bid on our roof, provided the most thorough proposal, and was the best value. His crew was highly courteous, respectful, and dedicated to the project. They completely scraped a 6000sq ft roof and completed a new roof in two day's time. Mr. Pawlak kept us abreast of all details throughout the job, sending pictures, providing status updates, notifications of milestones for the job, and even fixed deficiencies that were beyond the scope of the contract. At the end of each day, the grounds around the house were meticulously cleaned by the crew and the final day's cleaning left no visible trace of their presence on our property. Mr. Pawlak and his crew paid attention to detail and focused on providing us one of the best customer experiences we've had with a general contractor.
