I feel he provided me with a fair apprasial of my property. He detailed the positives and negatives of the property which gives me an honest evaluation. Brett was very communicative and professional. Brett worked hard on the appraisal. There were some extending circumstances involved with my appraisal and Brett was able to work to find a way around the circumstances and be able to complete the appraisal. I would recommend Brett to any and everyone.
