I hired BSS to work on my backyard which included expending my patio area with several cubic square feet, installing an insulated aluminum patio cover and caging the entire area. Scott was very knowledgeable and answered our questions when he came to provide the estimate. He provided a 7-8 weeks timeframe for start date. We signed and paid the initial fee at the start of May. However, despite the estimated timeframe, we didnâ t get our project completed until early Novemberâ 6months after contract signing. It was frustrating having to put up with so many delays for one reason or another. Scott and Rob understood my frustration and disappointment and offered a small discount once the project was completed. Aside from the delay, Scott responded to all my emails timely. The project itself turned out just as we have planned on paper and the install staffs were courteous and completed the project within the allotted 4days timeframe. Overall, we are satisfied. If timing isnâ t an issue with your project, Iâ d recommend them.

My experience with BSS Exteriors was top-notch. Al came out and got us a quote on the spot. He ordered our metal and took care of all the permits. The crew that came out was very courteous and worked very clean. BSS Exteriors and #YourPalAl made the whole process as smooth as possible.

BSS Exteriors took their time to educate us with our new metal roof. We had a couple of bids to compare, but no one was as thorough and considerate to us, given our inexperience with this type of project. They broke down the different roof systems and educated us with long term goals in mind. Highly recommend BSS Exteriors!

This project started out to replace all of our windows and 3 1/2 months later (because of the age and deterioration) they replaced the siding on our house, totally replaced the upstairs porch, and our front porch. They were amazing! It looks like we have a brand new house. The gentlemen who worked were all pleasant and professional. I would highly recom mend.

Everyone at BSS were very professional and knowledgeable of their product. Installation was completed as stated and quality work. Our screened lanai is everything we hoped for. We highly recommend their quality of work and professionalism.
