Bill Breylin and his team are as good as it gets. I had three contractors (included other top rated ones from Home Advisor) come out to my home to give me quotes to install a central furnace, central A/C and update the ductwork. Bill gave me the best price by far, and spent hours on the phone with me through the process to explain every detail that I had a question about. Most importantly, it is clear to me that Bill is a sincere and honest man. He wants what is best for you and your home, not what will make him the most money. He advised me to that effect. These guys are true pros!

I live in NYC and the furnace in my rental unit went bad. Bill was very helpful over the phone and understanding of my needs and also my tenants. He replaced the gas furnace in my rental unit pretty quickly. He told me to call around and get estimates. It turned out he gave me the best estimate and better furnace for the money. I would highly recommend Breylin!

I was contacted almost immediately after I submitted my request to Home Advisor. After talking on the phone for a few minutes and describing my problem, someone was here within 40 minutes to work on my heater. This was the best thing that could have happened since it was in the teens and not expected to get out of the lower 20s all day! Luckily the repair was an easy one and I have not had any problems since. I was advised that I may very well need a new unit at the end of the season and an estimate was given that I can work with. Will keep them in mind for any future heating and a/c needs.

Bill and Chris did an excellent job. They even worked in the snow!! The heater is awesome and the BTUs Bill suggested were perfect for the room size. Other contractors wanted to push for a bigger unit at a more expensive price.

I was happy with the compant and the work that was done, and yes I would recommend them to others.

Wow what can I say about Bill Breylin, I interviewed abt 6 contractors but choose Bill Breylin because of his knowledge and honesty, Breylin is a seasoned pro who knows what hes doing. Great working with Breylin from day 1, would highly recommend Breylin to anyone.

Breylin contacted us immediately and scheduled time to come for an estimate within days. The estimate was much more reasonable than other estimates we received. The job was then scheduled conveniently without any delay and was completed quickly. We were very satisfied with the entire experience.

Bill called me the same day i visited Service Magic.com and he came out to give me an estimate the next day. He was open and didn't try to push products I didn't need. In fact he recommended that i not get a component because he felt it wasn't very good for my heating needs. He emailed me that evening with quotes for 3 different heating and air conditioning systems. He showed up at 9:00 on the specified day and the work was completed within 2 days, just as he had told me when we first spoke. He was the consummate professional. I have recommended him to my neighbor and would definitely use him again.

Very good experience. Came out in a snowstorm and was able to diagnose a difficult problem due to false positive codes and fix the problem.

I initially requested repair work for my 15 year old central air unit but instead replaced it. Bill charged a very good price for the new unit and the labor. I would definitely recommend Breylin to my friends and will use them again in the future.

Bill was great - talked me throguh what could be wrong on the phone and then came out and took a look - thanklfully it wound up being something very simply but he was courteous, on time, and very reasonable.

They were very prompt with their initial contact... listened to what the customer needed and yet were able to offer advice based on their experience. They installed the new units within a timely fashion.

Came over right away and fixed my furnace issue since my CO alarm was going off. Would use them again.
