Todd is FANTASTIC. Prompt, knowledgeable, thorough, kind, and easy to work with. In a very challenging situation, I was so impressed with Todd's expertise, and how manageable he made the whole process. I felt supported and educated the whole time I worked with him. Todd's work was detailed and strong, and he was generous and kind with me. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat. A note: while working with Todd, I spoke with many (!) contractors in the area. Every single time Todd's name came up, we'd all take a moment to sing his praises and appreciate him. Everyone loves this guy, from colleagues to clients - he's in demand because he's the best. Todd was incredible! He came immediately when I needed him in a crucial time crunching situation, & he has helped me tremendously so far.
