Talks like a car salesman, but did work with me on the price.He doesn't do the work. His help does it and he leaves,but he is sure to tell them just what to do and they do it.

Who did you talk to? We haven't performed any work in Dayton this year at all. If someone used a pickup truck and trailer to clean up the work, then it wasn't B&B Hope Tree Service that did your work. We have a bucket truck and chipper truck with a Chipper. Sounds like someone is using our name. Maybe paperwork. Insurance and Worker Compensation. It looks like I got scammed. Looks like some wannabe backyard shady tree workers you let work for you. Brian impressed us with knowledge of trees and how to safely remove them and trim them. He was pleasant, professional, reliable, and did a great job of removing about ten trees and trimming dead wood and lower branches from many other trees. We trusted him to do this work when we were unable to be there, and we were not disappointed. And his price was extremely reasonable! He will come back when the ground dries out to grind a couple of stumps. Brian has become our go-to tree guy. We highly recommend him.

This company does good quick work but needs to learn to call customers when they are going to be late or not show up at all. Twice we waited on an appointment to get an estimate while second guessing if we should hire them. Then we hired them only for them to be three hours late for the work to be done and no phone call to let us know this. Our time is important as well as theirs. I wanted them to wait at least an hour before I paid them but my husband said two wrongs don't make a right or in this case four wrongs.
