Brian was great to work with. Easy to communicate with and did a fantastic job. He was reasonably priced.

I signed a contract with Brian in January to rebuild my porch steps. Months went by and no contact. I emailed and called in May but no response. I left a message telling him I was going to get someone else. He then responded saying he d do the job in July. July is here and still no Brian. Then. he emails me last Sunday saying he didn t know when he could do the job and the contract we signed back in January with an agreed price was no good. He wanted to raise the price. He blamed it on the virus. He said there was no wood due to the virus. My father just died and I am on my way out of the state so I told him forget it. I hired someone else and they quoted me a price over 50% less than Brians original. Buyer beware.

Very skilled carpenter. Works very quickly and does a quality job. I recommend Brian to anyone with the patience to wait for him to start the job. He is a very busy man which speaks to the quality of his work.

We would highly recommend Brian and his Crew. They built our barn and a handcrafted built in for our home. Meticulous, attentive to detail, prompt, courteous, honest input, trustworthy, clean, etc, etc. The absolute best Contractor we have ever hired. Actually we were somewhat reluctant to submit this as we have more jobs for Brian to do and didnâ t want him unavailable ð ð ð . If you want the job done professionally and done correctly hire Brian Lamson....thatâ s the bottom line........

The team takes pride in their work and goes the extra mile to make everything perfect. They are always concerned with cleanliness on the job using drop cloth when necessary and they clean the area at the end of each day. Very friendly crew and owner. I will use them again in the future.

hired this man to do a small kitchen remodeling job. He came to review the job, then returned for followup and set a date. He said he would be able to start around 8/10, advises us to get all our ducks in a row, order our appliances, counter topping, etc.. even had an electrician come do some pre work. we gutted half the kitchen, to save on labor. Have been living with only bottom counters and a small butain cook top now for 3 months and he has not shown or made any contact. Very unprofessional. I'm glad we did not pay any money up frount. Would not recommend this person at all!! Now we are struggling to have work completed before winter.

I contacted Brian C Lamson Construction to do an estimate on a property I was considering that needed major renovations. The previous contractor I had at the house turned out not to be reliable and I needed the estimate ASAP for my lender. Brian squeezed me into his busy schedule to help me out at the last minute. He not only asked me what my vision was for the house, he answered my questions, took his time, and was very thorough. He gave me a fair, honest and accurate estimate, essentially saving me from getting in way over my head. If I had gone with the other contractors rough estimate I would have likely made an offer on the house, as there was a HUGE difference between them ($80,000...) and I could have possibly made a very costly mistake. I would highly recommend Brian based on my experience and if I end up finding another house I like that needs work he will be the first person I call!
